Standard Time) for any warranty or service issues. At
any time, you may email or leave a voice message.

Below you will find a list of our products with their
terms of coverage in regards to warranty, if applicable.
Please feel free to click on any of the products
below to register your warranty online.
Note* Please complete and return within ten (10) days
of purchase in order to validate the forgoing limited
warranty. The registration will enable us to contact
you in the event a product defect is discovered. By
emailing us this form, you acknowledge having read and
understood the instructions for use and warnings set
forth in the accompanying instructions.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
- Massage Chairs
1. Warranties are only valid within Canada and the
United States, provided the equipment has been operated
according to the instructions accompanying it. The warranty
only applies to the product and does not include any
accessories or enhancements.
2. Softening of foam and filling composites in pillows
and pads does not constitute a defect under warranty,
as those items naturally soften with use.
3. Fading and wear of fabrics does not constitute a
defect under this warranty, as those conditions naturally
occur with fabrics
4. Shipping and freight coverage under this warranty
requires scheduling by Redfern Ent. And only includes
"curb-side" pickup/delivery. In-Home
pickup/delivery is available at an extra charge. Please

5. The warranty applies only to the product, and Redfern
Ent. Ltd. is not responsible in any way for losses,
damages or inconvenience caused by equipment failure.
6. Warranties do not apply to rental, business, commercial,
institutional, or other non-residential users.
7. Proof of purchase (original receipt or registered
warranty card on file with a copy of original receipt
) is required for all warranty repairs or service
